How many subscription tiers are available?
We currently offer three subscription tiers: Explorer, Adventurer, and Traveler.

What’s the difference between FullHD and 4K?
All videos are filmed in stunning 4K resolution to capture every detail. Depending on your subscription tier, videos are exported in either FullHD or 4K:

  • FullHD (1080p) is ideal for users viewing on devices up to 24″ monitors, offering a smooth and detailed experience.
  • 4K is recommended for larger monitors or SmartTVs, providing unmatched clarity and immersion for a lifelike experience.

How can I pay?
Payments can be made via credit card, processed securely through Stripe, a trusted payment platform used globally. This ensures your payment details are always safe and encrypted.

When will I be billed?
Billing occurs monthly, starting the day you subscribe. The next charge will be applied on the same day the following month. You can always tell us to cancell it.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. However, we recommend waiting until the end of your billing cycle to avoid paying the full amount twice. If you upgrade early, you will be charged the full amount of the new plan immediately.

If I upgrade my subscription, do I pay the full amount?
Yes, there is no pro-rated billing when upgrading. We suggest enjoying the content on your current plan until your billing cycle is close to renewal, then upgrading to avoid extra charges.

If I downgrade my subscription, do I lose the extra money I paid?
Yes, downgrades do not result in refunds. It’s best to downgrade just before your next billing date to get the most out of your current plan.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely! You can cancel your subscription at any time. Even after cancellation, you will still have access to all the content until the end of your billing period.

Is there any exclusive content for members?
Yes! Our Traveler tier offers exclusive access to premium content that is not available in other plans. This includes unedited videos, behind-the-scenes footage, and early access to new releases.

Can I download videos?
Currently, our videos are only available for streaming within the platform to protect the content and ensure the highest quality viewing experience. If downloading becomes an option, it will be explicitly mentioned in the subscription details.

Is there a refund policy?
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not offered. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time and continue to access content until the end of your billing period.
